We welcome your feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our service.
If you are an emergency situation, or you need immediate attention, press your call button.
If you are a patient currently in hospital or a family member with a complaint or a concern, we encourage you to discuss this with your Nurse or the Nurse Unit Manager. If you don't feel that your concerns have been addressed appropriately, please contact us at [email protected] or call the Executive Office on 02 4295 2998.
If you have had a positive experience with one of our staff, we are interested in hearing about this also. The hospital seeks to recognise staff who provide exceptional care and service. Please share your experience with the Nurse, the Nurse Unit Manager or contact us at [email protected] or call the Executive Office on 02 4295 2998.
Approximately two weeks after your discharge you will be emailed a copy of our Patient Experience Survey. The feedback you provide helps us to know what we are doing well, staff we should recognise, and how we can improve our service for all patients and their visitors. This feedback will be anonymous unless you share your contact details.
We appreciate your time to complete the survey and provide us with valuable feedback about our service.
