Specialising in fast and slow stream rehabilitation, our hospital provides a holistic approach with qualified and experienced staff responsible for the care and rehabilitation of patients.
The team comprises of Medical and Nursing staff and the Allied Health professionals, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, dietetics, and speech pathology. Meetings with all members of the Rehabilitation team take place weekly, where patient outcomes are discussed and staff work towards set goals and discharge times.
All patients are assessed prior to admission by an experienced Rehabilitation Assessor to identify and set achievable rehabilitation goals.
